Yasminn deshe na sammano na vruttirna cha bandhavaah
Na cha vidyagamopyasti vaasastatr na kaarayet – Chanakya Niti

Meaning : A state where there is no honour, where no means of livelihood are available, where one’s near and dear ones do not live and where gaining knowledge are not possible, one should not inhabit such a place.
