One is who is not seperate(vibhakt) from God even for a fraction of second is called a bhakta (devotee) , in other words a bhakt is in constant communion with the Almighty . In simple words, the seeker who is experiencing the last stage of devotion can be basically called bhakta ! – Tanuja Thakur
