Devastation is always followed by reconstruction

When one or two parts of a vehicle develop a snag, they can be replaced, but when all the parts start malfunctioning and the vehicle becomes useless, it should be sold to a scrap dealer and a new car bought. Similarly, when corruption and immoral conduct pervade all sections of the society, no other option, other than a revolution, remains which leads to massive destruction.
